Joytex GmbH & Co KG is celebrating it's 25th anniversary

The company was founded back in 1985 by Hans-Jürgen Nienhaus (BBA) and was originally named, "Nienhaus Textile Promotion". Nowadays, the company is specialised in importing, printing and distributing bags for the promotional industry, covering the lower price levels. Joytex bags are often used as promotional gifts and for conferences, meetings, happenings etc.

Right from the start the company was asset-related to import and personalise textiles such as, t-shirts, towels, caps etc. for this particular section.

Sales and distribution were and shall only be realised through dealers and/or wholesalers of promotional items.

Due to healthy growth the company moved from Bocholt to Rhede. Property was found close to the city and after completion of the building in 1991, the road to further success was open. In due course of time the building was extended 3 times, the last extension in 2008 being the completion of a 900 m² warehouse. Joytex nowadays employs up to 40 people, of which almost half is part of the team for over 10 years.

The brand Joytex was born and patented back in 2000 and since then all of the company's products were distributed under that logo. "Nienhaus" was re-named Joytex GmbH & Co KG in 2006. Simultaneously it was decided to concentrate on promotional bags only and in due course of the past years, Joytex has become an institution for those looking for a vast offer in cotton, woven, non-woven and coated bags. Up to 1 million pieces per month leave our warehouse to places all around the world.

We are proud to serve many customers from "day one" and to work with some of our suppliers for over 15 years as well. Due to a steady and well contrived strategy the market position constantly increases, based also on a constant participation in national and international fairs.

In 2006 Mrs. Übbing-Mölders, the founder's daughter was appointed second in command, thus securing the company's future into the next generation.
