Why participate

11 reasons to participate in proPSI!

1. Anyone who is active as a manufacturer or supplier can participate in proPSI. No membership of Pro or PSI is required.

2. Low participation costs.

3. Perfect timing. proPSI is held at the end of August to kick off the all-important Christmas season. For that final quarter is always the best time to boost sales. proPSI (a partnership between the trade fair organizers PSI and Pro) provides you with an ideal professional platform to meet thousands of distributors at a key moment in the industry calendar.

4. proPSI is open to anyone who can demonstrate that they are active as a distributor. The show is definitely the place to make new business contacts. PSI and Pro have both been very much a part of the promotional products industry for decades now. They are successful businesses with a large European network at their disposal, giving them the opportunity to reach tens of thousands of distributors.

5. To bring in visitors from the European countries with the most important markets, PSI and Pro will make use of their own media, as well as those of national industry associations, the EPPA, and European publishers – who all support proPSI. This will be done with e-mail newsletters, editorial and advertisements.

6. proPSI is much more than just a 3-day show. It gives you an extra marketing tool – 365 days a year. From the moment you register as an exhibitor, you can submit all your (product) news for free insertion in proPSI newsletters and on the proPSI website. In the Product Finder, for example, which makes it very easy for distributors to search for your products and data.

7. The entrance fee for distributors for all 3 days is just €25: an extra incentive to visit proPSI. Visitors who have preregistered at www.pro-psi.com will enjoy free entrance to the show.

8. Knowledge transfer is an important part of proPSI. During a series of seminars and workshops, the industry’s hot issues will be discussed in practical terms. Distributors can participate in them free of charge, another good reason to visit proPSI.

9. As exhibitor proPSI you will receive VIP tickets to give your best customers not only free entrance to the trade show, but also free access to the exclusive VIP/Exhibitors Club, where they can enjoy free drinks and food.

10. proPSI is held at the RAI Exhibition Centre in Amsterdam. Most airlines fly to Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. The RAI is less than 30 minutes by car from Schiphol and 15 minutes from the centre of Amsterdam with its famous canals and plenty of restaurants and cafes.

11. Amsterdam has many hotels, all offering reasonable rates for rooms at the end of August.
